In such cases we may be able to issue a partial refund as it may qualitfy to ship via International Letter Post for $3USD. Please contact us in advance to inquire. - We ship to the US, Canada, Mexico and most international destinations in Europe and Asia. Due to the number of lost parcels, we regret we cannot ship to South America, Africa or to many countries in the Middle East or certain countries in Asia. If you wish to place an order you may contact us to inquire further. We regret any inconvenience.
- We ship by the United States Postal Service. We generally do not use other commercial carriers.
- For international orders we use First Class International Air Service. It is reliable and cost effective. If you have need for speedier delivery or wish to use your own common courier such as UPS or Federal Express, please contact us before placing your order. DHL is generally not an outbound option from the US.
- Delivery times are estimated in business days and can vary considerably due to weather and/or, for international deliveries, customs delays. Please visit the USPS website for full information regarding transit times.
- If you require Express Mail service for a guaranteed delivery date, please contact us. Shipments leave our office very early each morning. While we try to meet customer needs, we cannot guarantee availability of using overnight service. We use USPS Express Mail for "overnight service" which can be next or may be second day depending on your zip code. We usually will need your instructions and payment before 8:00 a.m. ET on the day of shipment. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. If you require quaranteed delivery for an international order, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
- 99.9% or orders are shipped within 1 business day.
- We ship Monday through Friday (except for postal holidays);
- If there is any delay, we notify you promptly. Please provide accurate contact information. You are given immediate notice and options for full refund or a substitute if there is a stock error and we cannot ship any or all of your order promptly.
- All US parcels include delivery confirmation. The delivery confirmation number is posted to your order details if you created an Account. It only takes a few moments. (See privacy).
1 Ferrets Treasures complies with export reporting requirements. The full value of each parcel is declared as merchandise. Buyers are responsible for determining any customs or tax liability for merchandise imported into their respective country. Each country makes (and continually changes) regulations. We cannot keep track of hundreds of international jurisdictions. Please be sure to check with your local authorities before placing an order to avoid any delay or surprise customs fees.. We understand in some instances the tax may be low, but a fee is charged to bill and collect the tax. If you are unfamiliar with international purchasing, please research with your local authorities first before ordering. A good place to start is local post office or postal website.
You may return all unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund except for custom made items (unless defective, of course). We pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error - for example, you received an incorrect or defective item. We recommend you add delivery confirmation to your parcel and, if appropriate, insurance, in the event the parcel is lost in the mail for your own protection.
It takes about two or four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper to receive your refund. However, in most cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we receive and process the return. If you did not create an account, just contact us to initiate a return.
Returns will be subject to a minimum charge equal to the amount of shipping we paid to send you the order. We also reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for orders with 5 or more single patches.
